What is NOAH Rewards?

NOAH Rewards has five levels: Level 1 through Level 5.

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible product purchases.
  • Points do not accrue on barber services, gift cards, or shipping fees.

Your Level determines the benefits you unlock, from birthday gifts to annual reward boxes.

How do I join NOAH Rewards?

Joining is simple. Create a NOAH account online or speak to a representative in-store. Once registered, you can:

  • Track your purchase history
  • Save your details for faster checkout
  • Access all NOAH Rewards benefits

Already a customer?
If you’ve purchased online before, you’re automatically part of NOAH Rewards. Simply log in to your account to start earning points.

Note: Points will start accruing from the program launch on 2 October 2025. Purchases made before this date will not count toward points balance.

How does my Birthday gift work?
  • You’ll receive an email around your birthday with redemption instructions.
  • You can spend the gift over multiple orders, but note that the voucher expires (details included in the email).
  • If your order is under $100 AUD, postage fees will apply.
  • The voucher value depends on your current NOAH Rewards level.

How do I redeem the NOAH Rewards Gift Box?
  • Level 3–5 members will be notified in January about the annual redemption period.
  • Level 5 members will receive an additional gift box notification in July.
  • You’ll receive a unique code to add the gift box to your online order or arrange in-store pickup from the NOAH Showroom in Melbourne (70 Hoddle St, Abbotsford)
  • Postage applies for delivery. Refer to our full shipping terms for details.

Do barber services count toward rewards?

No. Points only accrue on product purchases, both online and in-store.

How can I be sure my purchases are contributing to my account?

Ensure you are:

  • Logged into your NOAH account online
  • Making purchases under your registered account name in-store

Points will not accrue for guest checkouts or if your details aren’t presented in-store.

How will I know if my level has changed?
  • You’ll receive an email notification whenever your level changes (make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list or opted in to marketing communications).
  • You can also log in anytime to check your NOAH Rewards level.

What items are not considered eligible purchases?

Points cannot be earned on:

  • eGift Cards or in-store Gift Cards
  • Barber services
  • Service fees, booking fees, and shipping fees (where applicable)

How do refunds and exchanges affect points?
  • Refunded purchases will have points deducted from your balance.
  • Exchanges will automatically adjust your points to reflect the new purchase value.
