Refund policy
Product Returns
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the purchase date to request a return. We don't allow returns on razors, fragrance samples or special order items so please choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and with all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate an online return via your account page. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is not approved, we will contact you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
For an exchange, you will need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damage and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
Events Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a policy to be fair and flexible:
7 or more days before the event: Full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but your ticket can be transferred to another person at any time.
If we need to cancel or reschedule the event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
