A barbershop situated in Egypt, this is a scent laden with nutmeg, cardamom, port-soaked raisins and a fine base of dry sandalwood. To retain the barbershop feel, lavender, the essential fougere ingredient. Look for a note of dark roasted coffee at the depths too: Egypt is a scent of subtle layers.

Warm & Masculine

My wife purchased this fragrance for me to wear on our wedding day. The warm woody scent lingered extremely well for the entire day despite several heated dance floor sessions. Unlike the gentleman who sold Lauren the product, I don't possess the industry vernacular, however I appreciate a scent that doesn't leave me smelling like a bouquet of flowers.

An All Rounder

I wouldn't call this a stand-out, but it's a perfect all rounder for frequent use (office, casual dates, friends), whilst you save your other fragrances for special occasions. It's warm, slightly sweet and settles into a nice woody vanilla dry down. I believe its quite masculine and has enough depth to stop it from being a more linear scent.
