Finally Found A Great Razor

After searching for so long I’ve finally found an awesome razor in the Supply Single Edge Max Razor.
I must admit it’s a different way of shaving when you’ve always used multi-blade cartridge style razors. But once you get used to it, It’s awesome. It’s really good quality, has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap and nasty. The pivoting head has good resistance, I always use pivoting head razors cause there’s less chance of cutting yourself. The system of loading new blades is cool and easy. I haven’t had any problems with my new razor clogging, I always fill my sink up with warm water and shake the razer head in the water, rather than running it under a tap which I’ve found is almost useless with all razors.
It came with a set of 8 blades in the refill pack and a good quality metal wall mount.
Very happy indeed!!

Stuck blades

The blade dispenser has jammed only three razors in. I can see the next blade is crooked down below.

Finally it is a pleasure to shave

36 years in the ADF, having to shave every day, i have plenty of practice. Gone from disposable, safety, 2 blade cartridge to electric. I was sitti g on the fence about the single blade razor, but wow, it is actually exciting to have a shave now, i love the magneting spring. Excellent close shave. Using a shaving gel at the moment until the shaving soap arrives. I can not recommend this razor hifhly enough, best i have ever used and certainly worth the $$.

Shaving cuts

Been using this razor for a couple of months now. Previously used a Gillette Fusion for many, many years. While the razor looks good, I regularly receive small shaving cuts no matter how careful I am in preparing for a shave. I usually shave after a shower, and after washing my face. I then apply a shaving gel with a brush making sure my face is well lathered. Even then, and no matter have careful I am, the razor cuts. I’m about to give it away and return to the Gillette.
