The Bourgogne in this scent is not merely suggested by the fluttering fruitiness of pink pepper - evocative of Pinot Noir grapes - nor by the wine red hue of the liquid itself. It lies in the distinctive roast and char of oak, reminiscent of the Bâtard barrels used in Burgundy winemaking.

Spiced fruit winds through this robust, woody core - anchored by a carefully measured dose of Vietnamese oud, whose earthy, funky, vegetal tones echo the Burgundian soil. Myrrh adds a mineral sharpness, evoking the region’s fertile, stone-laced terrain and offering a faint, smoky trace.
