Firsthand Supply All-Purpose Pomade, 88ml

I used the clay pomade for a while and this one is slightly better to work through the hair. Really looking forward to more of this and to try the texturising paste

This pomade is the strongest of the 3 products from FHS. It’s really great for Asian hair, as is also confirmed by my barber who used to use this all the time for clients in one of the best barber shops in Japan.

It has a relatively strong hold, a little goes a long way. It applies easily, this stuff is better (for me) applied to dry hair, a little bit at a time.

It smells great, it has a slight natural shine to it also, but it’s not artificial looking at all.

I’ve only used this on medium-long hair, which it was great for. But the longer my hair got, it became a bit heavy for it.

Barber introduced me to firsthand several years ago and It's been the only pomade I've trusted since.

I use this stuff every day. It allows me to shape my hair the way I want it. I love the way it smells, and the way it feels. It definitely increases my confidence and keeps my relatively long hair in place.

I've used this pomade for years as a daily driver. It has good hold throughout the day (but can be adjusted if needed) and washes out easily with shampoo. It may have some shine if you finger comb/apply, so I will use a boar brush to better incorporate it and it becomes more matte afterwards.

I have enjoyed the all-purpose but thought I'd try the molding clay. Now I'm on autoship and after trying the clay and I did like it very much but all purpose was the one for me. When I switched back there was an error and the clay was sent. Here's where it gets good! I emailed customer service and they fixed the problem immediately! No extra charge, no argument, no problem. I've been using this particular pomade for a few years now and I love it. I find that it only takes a small amount, it stays in all day and it holds nicely. It also smells pretty great.

The product holds the hair as styled extremely well throughout the day. It is smooth and creamy in the hands when preparing to work it into the hair. It gives the finished look a natural appearance when applying to dry hair. I suspect if applied to damp or wet hair the shine of the finish might be moderate but certainly not greasy looking. If you need to reapply additional product during the day, then you can do so without compromising your style or look. The product washes out of the hair easily to start fresh during your next styling session. Highly recommend this product as well as the Clay Pomade!

I use this pomade everyday to add shine and a bit more hold to the texturizing clay. I blow dry my hair daily and this product settles in so great when doing so. I also use this to slick back my hair when needed for a more formal event and it works perfectly in that context. I have been using this product for over 4 years now and I couldn't see my self using anything else.

Works really well for my thick, unruly hair. Doesn't pull my hair out, easy to break down and comb in. Would love a version of this that has just a *bit* of a heavier hold for my cowlick, but for the rest of my hair, it's fantastic.

I recently transitioned from a pomp to more of a loosely combed-back, longer hairstyle which looks best a little wet. This pomade gave me the perfect hold a texture to maintain that look for a couple hours and remain fixable throughout the day.

If you apply this on towel dried hair, it's (your hair) not going anywhere. However, after a few hours in the sun it will decrease its strength. Smells fresh. Add hairspray and DONE!!!!

The texture of the this pomade is perfect. It's easy to work into my hair as it is soft and a bit damp. It's been journey to find the most suitable hair product for me since my hair is thick and coarse, so it's always been a challenge to keep my hair in its place. This product is strong enough to hold my hair, re-style as needed, and relatively easy to wash off. The scent is great too because it smells natural (like eucalyptus) and it's hard too get tired of it. Highly recommend this product to those with hair like mine.

I bought the kit w all three styling products because I wanted to see which one worked best for me. I continually choose this one and will repurchase when I need more.
This one provides hold and body with texture and isn't too heavy for my fine hair pixie cut.
If I put it in after towel drying my hair, all I need do is finger set my style and go. Holds all day but doesn't weigh my fine hair down.
Plus I LOVE AND DEMAND all natural ingredients.
So for me this is the one!

i am a subscriber of this all-purpose pomade, maybe since late spring 2020. my hair is roughly mid-length and this paste hold well when i style/pull my hair back. i am amazed how my hair still in tack during my workout and hot weather in summer. one of the main reasons this product attracted to me because is not only natural BUT the container is made in recycle materials. i am and we should be doing sustainable in this world. i am also a newly-barber and recommended to my clients this product very much.
