MenScience Advanced Face Tonic, 177ml

Great toner to be used after cleansing before moisturizing. Has glycolic, malic, lactic and citric acid (all AHA's - Alpha Hydroxy Acids) so great for exfoiating chemically. Also more effective than using a physical exfoliator with beads and grains which can scratch the skin and cause more damage. Glycerin is high at the top of the ingredients list so it adds some hydration.

Overall, very effective product for all skin types esp oily/combination as it exfoliates, increases blood flow to the skin, can help minimize fine lines and wrinkles more effectively that fad face creams. Other benefits of the AHA acids in this face tonic are lightening of dark spots (pigmentation, melasma etc) and blackhead reduction and acne.

Concentration is relatively low so it's safe to use daily even for sensitive skin. Mild tingling upon application is normal. Definitely need to wear sunscreen every day if using this product - you need to use sunscreen min. SPF 15-30 everyday anyway.

Out of all the toners/'acne pads/peels' in MenzBiz, I would recommend this one.

Cleanse with a gentle cleanser, Splash some of this face tonic on a cotton pad and swipe all over face. Follow up with treatment serum/eye cream if using, and hydrating moisturizer. Sunscreen during the day.
