I have thick medium length hair and struggle with poof. Younger days adds nice shine which gives my hair a tamed look. I like the medium hold since it allows me to run my hands through and like this washes off unlike traditional pomade.
This my go to product for office and formal looks.

Smells great, goes into the hair extremely easy (never feel like I'm pulling my hair). Surprising and held off on it cause of the word gel but it doesn't really harden (dry hair). Definitely a medium hold with a nice shine. I wish I had tried it sooner!

this stuff is great, i've tried other brands, and i've tried probably 3 others from shear revival, and although i've used crystal lake for a while, this one has been my go to for over a year now. it's like a classic pomade, think layrite, but better. in your hands it's soft, malleable gel-like, but not wet or greasy or slimy. cant see myself changing to anything else. container size passes tsa security, and it smells pretty good too. i used it in slightly damp hair and it'll last all day

the 3.4oz lasts me at least 3 months, of daily use, you don't need too much. great value

This is such a great product, could be stronger for my thick hair, but I really like the way my hair looks and feels after the hold fades. Please don't discontinue this product

Been using reden for over 15 years and have tried every product on the market you name it I've tried it but " nothing " comes close too Shear revival younger days.
Easy to use, clean washes out like nothing was on my hair, no flaking or itching like other products. All natural, smells great and helps keep my hair in place without it feeling or looking like gorilla like the other products on the market.

I have a full head of very fine hair which needs something a bit sticky to keep a neat hairstyle. Gel-types work best with my hair, but I hate the savage chemicals that gel-type pomades contain. As with all Shear Revival products, this one doesn't leave my hair all dried out and my skin all itchy. Works exactly as you'd expect, washes out clean, and smells like citrus. The scent doesn't carry into your hair and is rather unnoticeable. The hold is medium, hair doesn't turn into a helmet and it doesn't leave the scalp flaky. Highly recommended!

Great product, works well for loose and messy hairstyles. The scent is an absolute 10/10, please consider releasing some of your other products in this scent, especially gray ghost and northern lights. I think it would improve them substantially.

A true medium hold. Only slightly hardens, and easily re-stylable with a little bit of water. Great for breaking down waxy buildup from oil based pomades. Washes out completely with water. Nice scent too!

Clear, rinses easily from both hands and hair (without shampoo), light scent that is pleasant and does not linger long in the hair, medium hold that allows for restyling during the day. No irritating ingredients and reasonable price. Lighter in the hair than waxier products which I really appreciate. I will buy this for as long as they produce it.
