Does what a good balm should — certainly a quality product!

I've used Speick Aftershave Balsam Sensitiv for about a week. Normally I use an aftershave balm after shaving and also as a moisturiser replacement as i have with this one. Its a bit greasy and I find that i have considerable more red marks, white heads on my skin than i do when using Geo F Trumper skin food. This smell's nice but that's about its greatest feature. WOnt buy it again.

Alcohol free with aloe vera and vitamin E with alpine Speik plant extract. Readily absorbed. Perfect for use after Speik After Shave Lotion to moisturise and calm the skin. Counteracts any irritation.

I like the After Shave Balm as it's very soothing and the scent is fresh and unique. Recommended.

I like to use this after applying the Speick aftershave, it locks in the moisture that you may not get from an alcohol-based aftershave. It's not overly oily, but feels just right.

Have used this on the recommendation of staff at the Sydney store and it is fantastic. It reakky does hydrate and care for your skin.

I like this product so much I reordered two more. I have even discovered it makes an excellent soothing itch/bite relief cream on insect bites, due to the aloe and tea tree.

After trying the Speick deodorant I really came to love the scent and this does have the nice same scent as the deodorant.

This has a lovely milky texture much like Nivea Sensitive balm. This Speick one has a nice burning feel after a shave that stops bleeding and leave me feeling and smelling great.

After trying a few products I can stop looking now. Love the scent, feeling of freshness post shaving. Just try it.

Hate the scent, too strong for an after shave balm. My least favourite balm.

My face doesn't like many things but it liked this stuff.

i use this to help reduce my razor burn, and it works great. i have sensitive skin and it works the best so far.

leaves my skin feeling supple and non oily everytime. it also lasts during the day in outside conditions.

The smell is something to get used to (it doesn't last long), but now I love it.

I've been changing products for years and this is the only one I've bought a second time around, and will continue to do so.

There is not much in the container, it states that it is mostly air for technical reasons (what?), but a little goes a long way.

A very nice after shave balm. Just what I wanted. And hats off to mensbiz for delivering so rapidly and cheaply!

I've done this one before on a review; I was wrong on this one. It does surpass the original IMO.

The scent is fresher and probably has wider appeal. It's creamier and absorbs really well, your face feels great. You do use more than the old one, and they give you less, so value is down, but it's still a damn good product. Like all the other Speick stuff this one is one of my staples.

The speick balm is the 5th balm ive tried and i think ive found my product. The smell is a bit different - it's meant to be all natural - but i dont mind it at all. The balm is thick, creamy, goes on well and ... spreadable (i use half as much as i normally would). It doesnt leave my face dry, or wet for that matter. And feels great!

Thought it only fair to do an update on this since they changed it. First up you'll notice you get a third less for the same money. Second, it's thicker and heavier than before, so you need a bit more for coverage, and it absorbs more slowly. The scent is more subtle. Can't say how this has changed its post shave performance as I use this with an aftershave, to ensure I don't get dry skin. It's still good value, but it used to be far better in all aspects in my opinion.
