A whiff of toasted almonds, a long spiral of mandarin peel, vanilla sugar, marzipan, musk sticks - and among all this, a gnarl of castoreum musk on a floral-woody backing made from Iso-E Super.

Once Upon a Time is distinctly the work of Francesca Bianchi, celebrating a new style classed under her ‘Emotion Generator Machine’ concept. The gourmand - semi-savoury, semi-sweet - is the key, like the Proustian madeleine, for involuntary recollection. Childhood memories regained and revisited, this fragrance connects past and present: it is a serious adult view on childish themes and favourites.
