Today I remembered my mother and her sweater. I remember eating this small lemon tart on my first flight ever. They took me to a theme park when I was 5 and I smudged it.

An homage to the tenderness of blossoms, the soft fullness of these floral materials shivering in the naked air, impregnating it. Delicate but also intense, warm and creamy. Silent at the Theme Park is a fragrance that could have been devised by Proust - who speaks of spaces throbbing with the scent of blossoms, with their lighthearted rhythms and gentle colours. In this fragrance it is the sultry tint of orange blossom, the gentleness of linden, and the cool innocence of lilac - all wrapped in a shawl made of cashmeran, sharpened with lily of the valley and sour lemon, smothered in creamy vanilla and resins. Cedar lends texture and spice - these blossom notes connect with mossy woods in the base. The nostalgia generated here is emphatically one of comfort - but not one that quietens or stills - it summons us, returning us to earlier, more innocent states of being.
