Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap & Dish, 125g

Bought this as a friend had told me about this product, I am very happy with it. Have a shower lather this product on after the shower and it shaves smooth and leaves it moisturised some times I will put a after shave on just in case. But so far saves me money on shaving cream and lathers up nicely.

Shaving soap is excellent with a pleasant smelling, rich lather. The bowl that it comes with seems pretty dodgy with the lid being misshaped and not fitting very well.

The soap in the ceramic bowl with lid is great for a father's day gift.
The presentation is superb.

No issues with the soap. I've been using it for several years and I've always been happy with its performance. The dish itself is the part I cannot recommend. Last time I purchased this product (roughly 2014), the dish was decent quality ceramic with good fit between lid and bowl. The current dish version is light weight ceramic with poor fit; the quality has certainly declined dramatically.

Makes a rich lather and the blade feels like it glides over the skin but the shave is still close. First time I've used it and happy with it. I found it lathers up easily. Bought online and delivery was quick.
